As well as counting steps and measuring distance, it also calculates calories and the amount of fat burnt. The App then downloads these results onto the program’s website where you can monitor your overall performance and achievements.
The application has been designed to have no noticeable effect on your phone’s battery life, allowing you to complete long-distance exercises. Furthermore, the App is the first of its kind to feature both English and Arabic languages and can be downloaded onto all iPhone IOS 5 and Android 2.3.3 devices.

You will receive an email with a membership number, a username, password, and a link to download the application. Once activated, you can format the App’s settings and language preference.
The new App provides you with several advantages and unique features, allowing you to monitor your athletic progress closely by utilizing motion sensors to count your steps. Therefore, you are advised to either carry your phone in your hand or pockets while using the App to ensure an accurate step count.
